We can't thank you enough for the service we received on our Big Day and the lead-up. After a few changes at The Arches, you were really reassuring and made sure everything was covered. Our food tasting was amazing and all communication from you has been great. On the day itself everyone commented on how you would magically appear and sort anything that needed doing without any fuss. Just what we needed. The whole day went without a hitch (apart from our hilarious rather dramatic entrance), the service was great and the food was delicious, thanks to your super talented Chef. We had lots of compliments on the staff who did well to navigate several small children running around! Thank you

I just wanted to say a very big thank you for the work that was put into our wedding, behind the scenes and on the day. We had such a fantastic day. The comments from our friends and family often began with the words, 'Wow' and 'Fantastic'. The venue looked beautiful and the opportunity to come in the day before was great. The food was fabulous and again, everyone, and I mean everyone that we spoke with, said the same. So, thanks once again, you absolutely did us proud.

Fantastic location, decorated to specific requirements and the room looked stunning. Couldn't of asked for more helpful and friendly staff and organisation. Food and attention to detail to the event was exceptional. Highly recommend.

We got married here in May and I honestly say it was perfect. Diane was brilliant, helping us so much with the planning and preparation. Every detail was considered. The staff pulled out all the stops on the day and the venue looked beautiful and really different. All our guests have raved about it ever since!
