Chilli Barn

We had a fabulous experience at the Chilli Barn! Lovely venue, setting, helpful friendly staff and just a stress free and wonderful day! Thanks to all at the Chilli Barn, top team!

We couldn’t have picked a better venue for our wedding than the Chilli Barn. It has such a fantastic atmosphere and is incredibly beautiful, with views to die for. All the guests commented on how friendly everyone was and how looked after they felt.

My husband and I were wed this weekend at the Chilli Barn! We'd love to take this opportunity to thank Richard, Bex, Heather & all the barn staff for the most wonderful experience! Bex from Oakleaf weddings was amazing right from the word go! She was on hand to answer our 101 questions with her speedy email correspondence and helped to solve any logistical worries we had. She was the perfect friendly face as I stepped out of the wedding car (not hyperventilating at all �). Bex, along with the whole team, were eagle-eyed the whole day! The second I had a gift or card in my hand it was whisked away to the drop box. An empty wine bottle? Immediately replaced! They helped hugely with the clean up, putting all our wedding decorations to one side to help with the next day pack up (which in all honesty I had been dreading but had absolutely no reason to in the end)! It just couldn't have gone smoother. The food. OH THE FOOD! I'll leave this quote from one of my meat loving guests because it just says it all... "Nat, I'll be honest. I woke up this morning and I was too keen on the whole idea. Vegetarian food? Not for me. But that was amazing! You'd never know it was vege. And I'm stuffed!" Literally amazing food! I've asked my husband to go to the cheerful chilli on the 12th of every month...can't understand why he said no?! We can hand on heart say that the Chilli Barn was our dream venue. The flexibility the barn offered us allowed us to have the most chilled out, laid back day with a festival vibe. Imagine guests lounging on hay bales, marshmallows toasting over the fire pit, flip cup cheers bellowing in the background, cows mooing infront of the most beautiful sunset over the hill. Inside the barn, the 3 piece band (drums and all) thrash away infront of a backdrop of a 1,000 paper cranes, the guests dancing and singing until their voices are no more. Upstairs, sweet bags being filled, heart felt messages pouring into the guestbook, ping pong balls bouncing into beer cups. The barn literally made our vision of the perfect party come alive. It's not your usual venue, nothing compared to the conveyor belt feel you get at some of the more generic venues. Thank you again and we'll be back soon! Xxxx

Just wanted to say what a wonderful day was had by all at Tony & Michelle's wedding this weekend, thanks to a fabulous venue and an amazing team! From start to finish, we were really impressed by the attention to detail and the care taken to make sure the big day went without a hitch- thank you so much from a very happy bridegroom's mum. 5*

We had an amazing day which was everything we could have hoped for. Chilli Barn was a beautiful setting and our guests absolutely loved it, we have had many comments from guests on how great the venue was, how friendly the staff were and how amazing the food was.

The Chilli Barn team certainly did exceed our expectations - they were totally amazing! Everything was absolutely perfect-in fact perfect has been the word of the weekend, it was everything we wanted and more! Everyone kept saying the venue was amazing and were also blown away by the food.

Our wedding day was the most perfect day and we will always look back with a smile. We truly feel we picked the perfect venue. The Chilli Barn is a gem right in the heart of Yorkshire. Thank you Chilli Barn Team!

We’ve just had our wedding at the chilli barn. We couldn’t have imagined it at a better venue! The venue and its surroundings was the perfect spot for us to create our special day! The food went down an absolute storm, it was fantastic! All the staff at the chilli barn were outstanding! They couldn’t have done any more for us, whatever it was that we needed they made it happen!
