As a fully licensed venue, you have a choice of two beautiful locations for your civil ceremony, right in the heart of the zoo. Goodamoor House is one of only a handful of venues in the country to offer an outdoor wedding choice, so the magic will start the moment you walk down the aisle... We have a large, flexible reception room for the evening celebrations and a Marquee Reception Room set in the heart of the Zoo, surrounded by our collection of carnivores. We have a fully licensed bar and plenty of parking for all. We can even arrange coach transport if you need it. Here at Dartmoor Zoo we can cater for any type of food. Whether it be BBQ's, Hog Roasts, 3 course meals or anything else, we can tailor the menu to suit you. And to top it off, we believe that Wedding planning shouldn't be an obstacle course of complicated rates, that's why we have a very straightforward pricing policy so that you can fit our venue into your budget without worrying about any hidden surprises. What nakes our Venue truly special is that all of the money raised from our weddings goes straight back into helping run the zoo, contributing to conservation, education and development.
