Clonabreany House

Clonabreany House offered us a day like no other. From the small details to the big day itself, no request or ask was too big or too small. The grounds are beautiful and offer a breathing space, the food is out of the world and encompasses so many local ingredients, celebrating the best of what is around us and atmosphere is beyond relaxed. The staff were warm, generous and kind. We feel very fortunate to have had Clonabreany House as our venue for our wedding and to invite those who celebrated the day with us to the this incredible place. Highly recommended.

We had our wedding at Clonabreany House and it was nothing short of perfect. From start to finish, the entire experience was seamless and stress-free. The staff were exceptional—professional, warm, and incredibly attentive to every detail. They made us feel so well cared for throughout the day. The food was absolutely beautiful—elegantly presented and delicious, with many of our guests commenting on how impressed they were. The venue itself is stunning, with a charming blend of classic elegance and modern comfort that created the perfect backdrop for our celebration. A number of our guests said it was the best wedding they ever attended and we couldn't agree more. We truly couldn’t have asked for a better day, and we’re so grateful to the Clonabreany team for making our wedding so memorable.

We celebrated our wedding here in January and it was simply perfect. The whole team have weddings down to a tee. Communication was fantastic and nothing was too much trouble. Food was amazing, bar service was quick and the staff were insanely on the ball. We didn’t have to worry about a thing on the lead up or on the day, bar having to obviously book suppliers Clonabreany house took care of every hassle and ensured the day ran so smoothly. Not one thing went wrong on the day and if it didn’t the staff had it sorted before we or anyone noticed. The venue is stunning and the day 2 was perfect. So much food and craic and again everything was seamless. 100/10 would recommend in a heartbeat.

I actually don’t even know where to begin with how amazing this venue is. If you are looking for a really unique and out of this world venue you need to check out Clonabreany house Kells. I recently had my wedding there and I have to say it was the most perfect day. From start to finish the staff could not do enough for us, nothing was an issue and they went above and beyond for us. It really felt like our wedding was the first and only wedding they did as that’s how much the staff put into our day. The staff are so professional but yet so personal too. All of my guests and myself and my husband were blown away by the venue and grounds and the fact that we had it all to ourselves. The food was 10/10 and the service was just perfect. There is honestly nothing negative I could say about this venue and I would highly recommend to all couples out there looking for an unforgettable experience. My only regret is that it’s all over now and I can only hope I will be able to return to Clonabreany as a guest in the future.

We had our wedding at Clonabreany house on the 14/09/2024. I genuinely have no words for how delighted we are for choosing Clonabreany as our wedding venue. The staff, the food, the rooms and the grounds were exceptional. It really is a dream wedding venue.

From the very first viewing of Clonabreany we knew it was a special venue. The place has this feeling that we never got anywhere else. Shauna was our coordinator and was always on hand to answer our questions in the run up to the wedding. Nothing was ever an issue and she made sure we got everything we wanted. From the minute we arrived on the wedding day us and all our guests were treated like royalty. The service was exceptional for our 2 days there. We knew it would be good but could have never imagined how incredible it would be. Our guests were in awe of it all and couldn’t compliment everything enough. The staff are the best we have experienced and that’s a credit to Clonabreany and how it’s run. Staff seem to genuinely enjoy their work which makes for a great atmosphere. A special mention to Pauline, Celine, Elaine and of course Shauna who looked after us like we were their own for the 2 best days of our lives.

We cannot recommend Clonabreany enough! From the first time we viewed the venue til the second we left, everything was perfect. The staff are attentive and anticipate your needs (everyone always says you don't eat on your wedding day and I was beyond thankful the staff made sure we did!). The day was stress-free thanks to the staff. The venue itself is STUNNING. We planned our wedding from the US and we purposefully chose Clonabreany because it was already so gorgeous we knew we wouldn't have to plan any extras to make it what we wanted. Being from the US, the ample accommodation on-site was key for our guests who don't typically experience that and they loved it. Additionally, the bridal suite and room to get ready had small touches that helped bring our pictures to life - like a place to hang the dress, huge mirrors, an antique vanity, etc. They have truly thought of everything and elevated our wedding and pictures.

From start to finish it was absolutely outstanding. The service in Clonabreany is 10/10, the staff are highly trained in what they do. The food itself needs its own post as from start to finish it was outstanding. Every guest commented on the food and its quality and the service from the staff in Clonabreany. There was plenty of bar and waiting staff to help you the moment you needed any help. Overall I would recommend anyone to book their special day there. Well worth every penny!

I've had the pleasure of photographing many weddings at Clonabreany (since 2010) and I can honestly say that it's one of my favourite venues in the world. The staff are absolutely top-notch, the coordination is seamless, the food is delicious and the grounds are simply stunning. Honestly, no matter the weather, rain or hail, there are so many photo opportunities and just great vibes. If you're looking for a wedding venue that has it all, I highly recommend Clonabreany. You won't be disappointed!
