Stephen and his team ensured the bar was topped up all night and no one's glass went empty. He had a lovely mannerism with all guests, humorous and kind natured throughout, nothing was too much trouble. Stephen actually showed us around the venue when we stopped by for a drink one day, before we met Ava and Elaine and instantly sold it to me! What truly made our experience stand out, however, was the exceptional hospitality and service provided by the entire Belleek Castle team.

The atmosphere was magical, and our guests were absolutely blown away by the charm and character of the castle, most of whom never knew it existed. The food was absolutely incredible – every dish was expertly prepared and presented, and our guests raved about the quality and taste. Sergio and his team went above and beyond to ensure every detail was taken care of, making our wedding day truly stress-free and enjoyable.

Despite a huge storm, a red weather warning, power outages and trees blocking the entrance to the castle, they managed to keep calm and adapted to every obstacle thrown in their way, this included Shauna helping to physically move the trees off the road at the crack of dawn and some of the staff doing my bridesmaids make up on the wedding morning as we were so delayed. We had the privilege of working with Sergio at Belleek Castle for our wedding, and I can say with absolute certainty that he was one of the most invaluable parts of our entire celebration. He guided us through our wedding tasting with such care and expertise, helping us select the perfect wines to complement each dish, and ensuring that every choice reflected our personal tastes and preferences. On the day of the wedding, he ensured that the specific wines we loved during our tasting were served exactly as we had envisioned. What can I say, it was the most magical day we have ever experienced. From the moment we stepped foot in Belleek Castle we felt like royalty. Eva and her team were just amazing from start to finish. The whole day was just perfect. Having this magnificent castle as a backdrop to your wedding day is without a doubt the best decision you would make. The history and architecture alone is spectacular, perfect for those precious moments captured by camera. We look forward to making it a tradition to return every year on our anniversary. 10/10 for the location, hospitality, over night experience and comfort. This place just felt like a home from home. What a venue and what a brilliant wedding team. Our wedding was a wonderful occasion. I can honestly say that from our initial inquiry to meal tasting and wedding plan meeting we were in the company of very professional people. The ceremony room is something else and our civil ceremony was beautiful and personal. The bar team and catering team were magnificent. The music performed by Blacktye from Swords were fantastic. The following day we had a barbecue at the venue and this was wow. What a great team and what a great venue.

Shauna, the single most remarkable human being I have ever met. She's is a gift and the living embodiment of Irish hospitality. If what she had could be bottled and sold then the industry would be saved from near ruin.
