We had a brilliant wedding in October at the Old Lodge and couldn't have asked for anything more. The venue was perfect on the day, food was brilliant and got so many comments about how lovely it all was. Honor and her team did an amazing job on the day making sure everything ran smoothly and nothing was too much trouble, allowing us to enjoy our big day. Could not recommend this as a wedding venue enough

The Old Lodge was the perfect location for our beautiful day and the weather was on our side!! We have just came back from a few days away in Conwy, Wales where we had a fab time, some time to relax and enjoy spending some quality time together! We will be returning for many more anniversaries to come! And we have already spoke about returning for breakfast as it was so yummy!! As was the food during the wedding breakfast!! Everyone mentioned how well set up and organised it was, along with how scrumptious the food was!”

We held our intimate wedding with 26 guests at The Old Lodge on a glorious day in September. The location is beautiful, the venue is relaxed yet high quality, the staff are so professional and friendly and the quality of the food and drinks was superb! We are very grateful to Honor and the team for supporting us to achieve our dream wedding, simplistic quality in beautiful surroundings with our nearest and dearest. We set the date and planned our wedding in 7 weeks with Honors’ support, we were married outside in the grounds and had our wedding breakfast in the conservatory restaurant. We would not hesitate to recommend The Old Lodge to anyone, whether for their wedding, a meal or an overnight stay. Our guests are still talking about what a personal wedding it was and how fabulous the food and staff were. Thank you to all of you!

I just want to say a HUGE thank you to you and all of the staff at The Old Lodge for making our wedding so special! So many people commented on how good the food was and how lovely the venue was and everyone seemed to really enjoy the day. We really do appreciate all of the hard work that went on behind the scenes to make the day run smoothly. We feel so lucky to have found such an amazing venue with amazing staff that meant that the wedding we have been planning and imaging for the past two years turned into reality. We wouldn't have changed a single thing about the day.

We got married here 15th September 2018 and have to say from Friday through to Sunday everything was perfect. Food excellent, disco and atmosphere remarkable a hard working team. Honor our wedding co-ordinator was simply the best, we started planning a year ago and was upset to be told Ryan was leaving BUT we were more than happy to have Honor to takeover, nothing was too much trouble even the most stupid questions we asked were answered professionally and she deserves to do well in the future. Mark the DJ played what we requested and soon had the dance floor packed. An amazing time was had by all and we would highly recommend having your wedding here with beautiful setting.
