Lovely place, staff all very helpful and friendly such a lovely venue for a wedding very spacious and set out lovely ,stunning.

This was a perfect venue for my small wedding (60 guests). The location was very convenient for everyone, being less than 5 minutes walk from Leicester city centre registry office. The premises are beautiful, retaining original period features and the modern decor is in keeping with the building's heritage. The afternoon tea food and beverages were a huge success with my guests. The tables looked absolutely lovely: so pretty and homely and welcoming. It was a wonderful day.

The support I preparing for my wedding was consistent, creative and accommodating.individuals were clearly committed to making my wedding the perfect day for me, my husband, family and friends. On the day the staff were unobtrusive yet always there and ready to help. They coped with a couple of unexpected changes seamlessly. The venue itself is absolutely beautiful and lends itself to a magical, understated glamour. We also stayed the nights and the rooms are large and quirky.

From the moment we clicked on the website to look at The City Rooms 360 degree virtual tour, we knew we'd found our wedding venue! The place is vast and beautiful and all of the staff are so helpful and knowledgable. Our day itself was amazing! When I arrived, everything was set up just as I imagined it, so I didn't have to worry about a thing! Although there were a few hitches, everything was swiftly dealt with by Natasha, our wonderful wedding coordinator! The City Rooms rock!

The whole process from my first viewing to the day after my wedding I felt completely calm and not stressed, the staff were excellent and extremely experienced and seemed to know exactly everything I was thinking and how to create it on my special day. Nothing was ever a problem, night or day I could contact them anytime as many times as necessary and it was always a welcome voice on the other end, the staff took time to really get to know me, my family and took every care into consideration.

My pre-wedding party was hosted at The City Rooms, we wanted a venue that boasted character and elegance, which City Rooms truly did. The service offered by the Events Manager was thorough, concise, friendly whilst very professional - she totally understood our needs and delivered very well.

The staff where exceptional, everything ran on point, in fact exceeded our expectations. Natasha, the ops manager and the team where always available and assisted professionally.

From the onset, the staff at The City Rooms, particularly Kelly, our event organiser, was extremely helpful and friendly. She welcomed any questions or ideas we had and was very honest about whether it would work or not to avoid any disappointment on the day. Everything we had discussed for the day was organised and planned meticulously. Our guests were really looked after and everyone praised the food on the menu!! Thank you very much!!

City Rooms did an incredible job for our wedding in November of last year. the venue itself was stunning! They were exceptionally helpful not only on the day but also with their service coming up to the day. We were able to visit when we needed and Kelly the event manager was very descriptive of what was and wasn't possible. The team catered to all of our needs, including a mass Dominos order for our after party! Would highly recommend this venue.
