I’m a local wedding florist and this is one of my favourite venues. The staff is super helpful and the location is beyond beautiful!

Dear Diana, Nelson and the team, What an absolute whirlwind the last 6 months has been for us, most exciting of all was celebrating our beautiful wedding day at Pembroke Lodge. We cannot speak highly enough of the service you provide. From the very first meeting you put us at ease, your confidence and pride in what you do is evident and I personally (Louise/the bride/the events professional) have never worked with any event manger as professional and accommodating as Nelson. Any question we had on the run up to the big day was addressed accordingly, any alterations were met with ease, Diana was welcoming as ever and on the day everything we had lovingly prepared was exactly where it needed to be. And then to the mother of the bride! Again Nelson could not have been more accommodating to her “demands” or in supplying her helpers with tea and cake! Throughout the day Nelson and his team worked seamlessly to provide us and our guests with the perfect day. He was always on hand, we didn’t have to ask for anything. At one point I noticed a pair of monogramed candles (naturally!) that had not been opened so I thought oh I’ll just find a smoker who can light these for me, no need to bother the team but no sooner had I looked up from the table Nelson was standing by pulling a light from his pocket! It may seem like a small thing but to me it’s those little details that make the difference and show how in tune people are with their jobs.

What can we say, Laura and Jean - the dream team - two amazing ladies. Thank you so much for everything that you did for Emma and Tim's wedding, it was absolutely perfect. Big compliments to the chefs and everyone involved on the day. All the guests are still raving about the wedding and my Dad (Emma's Grandad) said it was the best wedding he had ever been to (he's 82 and been to many weddings!). Thank you Laura and Jean for keeping us calm, nothing was a problem for either of you, all our questions were always answered and you were both always cool, calm and collected - don't know how you manage it! We met with Emma and Tim last Sunday and they said the wedding was so amazing that they want to do it over and over again. Well, the biggest thanks ever, and we hope you get some rest after the summer season!

I have to say that Pembroke Lodge are the best at organising events! Laura, Adrian, Sian, Kelvin and Co all have exemplary customer service and made us feel so special. Not only did we have the best time but the guests were bowled over from Saturday. I keep getting a lots of praise for organising a fab do but then I correct them and tell them it was all down to Pembroke Lodge and not me! I think they may be taking a few bookings in the future from some of the guests there! So thank you a billion times over, it was a wonderful experience.

We have been meaning to send an email to thank Nelson, Jean and the team for helping to make our wedding day a memorable day. Everyone commented on how beautiful the Pembroke Lodge is as a wedding venue and how excellent the service was. The food was delicious and enjoyed by all. Thank you Jean for assisting me with any queries up until our wedding day and accommodating our requests and if you were not available other members of staff were equally happy to provide assistance in your absence so I thank you very much for that and your colleagues. Nelson was able to keep everyone informed, provide a smooth reception for us all to enjoy and be on hand for any queries or help when needed. We are very grateful to you Nelson for your help on the day and for meeting with us prior to our wedding day to help focus our minds on the scheduling and what was needed. Pembroke Lodge will always have a special place in our hearts and we will pop in from time to time to have some tea and say hello.

Many many thanks to Adrian, Sian, Kelvin and all the team for their help in ensuring our wedding day was perfect in every way (even bringing out the sun in March!). There were so many positive compliments about how well organised the day was.

Mark and I just wanted to reach out with a quick message of gratitude to all of you at Pembroke Lodge who made our wedding the flawless and beautiful event it was. Jean, you came on board to this wedding at the 11th hour to oversee all the minutiae of our event, and expertly endured our long-distance co-ordination with poise and grace. Adrian, you were Master of Ceremonies Extraordinaire and ensured that all guests as well as the happy couple knew exactly what we were all supposed to be doing at all times. We received several comments of praise at how well you shepherded us all around to ensure we were enjoying ourselves! Mark and I were so glad to be able to rely on you during the entire day. The staff were all wonderful, and so many of our guests commented on the obvious beauty of the venue, as well as the friendliness and courteousness of all who helped us make this an unforgettable day. We are so grateful to you all, and hope you enjoy a wonderful summer.

Thank you so much to Sian, Adrian, Kelvin and everyone at Pembroke Lodge for their help with our wedding. We had the most fantastic time which we will remember forever. Our families loved the day and were very happy with how stress free it was. Thanks to them all.

Simon and I wanted to say a huge thank you to Nelson, Emma and all the team for our most wonderful day on 2nd April. Everything went like clockwork from the time of booking to the end of the actual day. All the staff were so helpful and friendly and it made our day so very special. Thank you all for being stars!!
