Oaktree Farm was THE perfect venue for our wedding! We knew we wanted something unique and it absolutely didn't disappoint. The South African Stretch Tent was so different to wedding venues we'd been to in the past. It really helped us pull off the rustic, laid back, fun filled style we were hoping to achieve. As well, it was a beautiful location; right in the middle of the countryside (perfect for photos!). So many of our guests commented on how amazing the venue was! Unfortunately, living in the UK, rain is often a reality, and the weather wasn't on our side on the day! But it didn't seem to dampen the day at all. The tent remained fully water tight, warm, and there was so much space for our guests to enjoy the atmosphere. Dan and Natalie - the owners - were so great to work with. They were so flexible and accommodating; always going the extra mile to make things work for us. They were on hand at all times to make sure we were happy and they were just so friendly and kind. We loved working with them!

Dan & Natalie, what a amazing venue you have! Kristy & Luke’s wedding was just such a beautiful day, well weekend really as for those of us staying on site it just made the whole weekend so special. You guys are amazing and went above and beyond to make the day run so smoothly, thank you so much. You have something very special at Oaktree’s! Thank you and Dan again for a simply fabulous celebration event for Bryn and Amy’s wedding in your truly marvellous safari style tent; the atmosphere was incredible and frankly rain should be ordered for every wedding! It kept everyone together inside and made for a spectacular party. Your staff all helpful, enthusiastic and courteous throughout a long and increasingly fun filled evening to the very end. The perfect venue <3 We cannot thank Dan, Natalie and team at Oaktree enough for hosting our special day. Walking down their tree lit aisle is a memory I will treasure forever <3 OTF is a beautiful venue which can be adapted to your own theme in so many ways. We went for a coastal theme and the venue worked perfectly. The stretch tent is gorgeous and so unique. So many of my guests commented on how they had never been to a similar venue and how much they loved the whole set up. Dan and Natalie were especially accommodating to us, ensuring our day went ahead with only a few months notice when we lost our previous venue. I remember Natalie working into the night to get our quote finished asap for us! We were able to visit the venue several times, with various family members and suppliers. Everyone at the venue is super accommodating, nothing is too much trouble, and whatever needs to happen, they make sure it does. (Even having to do some woodwork the day before to make sure our table plan worked!) They are very relaxed and easy going, but we had full confidence in them at all times which really meant a lot to me. Overall, our day ran to plan excellently, Oaktree had recommended some brill suppliers to us which helped as well. We got married at Oaktree a week ago and it was the most perfect day. From the moment we first saw the venue we knew it was the one for us. Dan, Natalie and Charlotte were all really helpful from the moment of booking until the day itself. I can't stress how lovely it is as a venue and all our guests, once they saw it, finally understood why we dragged them in the middle of nowhere in Nottinghamshire :P We definitely recommend it to all!

Where to start... our original venue cancelled on us and that brought us to find this beautiful fantastic venue and we couldn’t be more grateful!! From start to finish of planning this day Dan, Nat and Charlotte were just the best help!!! We had to rearrange everything and couldn’t of done it without their help, advice and support. We felt like we were part of their family and to be honest we were gutted when the day was over. As soon as we visited OTF we were welcomed in and just fell in love. The runway up to the stretch tent was just beautiful and I couldn’t wait to walk up it on the wedding day. Unfortunately on the day the British weather came out to play and it chucked it down. This however had no dampener on the day as everything was planned and organised and just as beautiful set up inside. The runway was lit up in the evening and gave a beautiful entrance for our evening guests, our band was set up and everyone dance the night away. When the day was over we had many guest camping in the adjacent field with our very own bridal bell tent... perfect!! We couldn’t recommend this venue enough!!
