Agi ensured our wedding day was perfect from start to finish, the food was exeptional and the atmosphere of the whole day was amazing.

Had our wedding there on October 6th.amazing venue to be honest. Staff couldn't do enough for us. So well organised. The food was superb.plenty of staff on the day. A big shout to Richard And Maggie.they were just brilliant. Highly recommended. 10/10.

We planned our wedding at Chapel 1877 this year as the venue is quirky and has lovely original features. We've only previously had food and cocktails in the venue but knew the quality of food was excellent so it seemed a good place for our wedding. Agi and Richard were really helpful and the attention to details were fabulous. Agi is really efficient and was with us every step of the way. The wedding was amazing and personal and all our guests enjoyed the venue the food and atmosphere. We would totally recommend anyone with a smaller wedding to use Chapel 1877 as their venue. Thank you again Agi and Richard and all the staff of Chapel 1877.

If you're looking for a beautiful wedding venue in the centre of Cardiff then look no further. We booked the ‘Wedding in a box' package which was excellent value for money (comprising of 50 day guests, 80 evening guests, wedding cake, 10 bottles of wine, prosecco to toast, DJ for evening and you can add extra guests and wine). The venue, a renovated Chapel is simply stunning & as we got married on a Sunday we were able to enjoy the entire venue to ourselves. We opted for the Sunday roast menu which was exceptional and thoroughly enjoyed by all of our guests. The day was perfect from start to finish due to the planning of the wedding co-ordinator and the wonderful service on the day from the team. We highly recommend this venue and cannot thank Agi, Richard and the Chapel team for an unforgettable and truly wonderful day and look forward to having dinner at the Chapel soon. Charlotte & Andrew

I recently attended a wedding at the Chapel (Bridesmaid no less!) and it was an absolutely perfect venue. I know the Bride mentioned how helpful the team were behind the scenes in planning, and providing last minute details when plans were changed etc. The staff seemed wonderful and attentive, to the point of even discreetly showing me where to balance my bubbly while I was taking a toast!! The food was amazing and everyone commented on what a special venue it was for such a special day. Thank you.

I attended a wedding at The Chapel on 9th September (was bridesmaid) and was blown away with how well run the event was. from meeting and greeting us to finding a lost waistcoat at the end of the night, all staff were professional and attentive. The food was AMAZING! you always expect the quality to slip a bit when have so many people to cater for at same time but I can honestly say the food taste and presentation was truly excellent. I will be returning to The Chapel again and again to soak up the wonderful atmosphere, food and of course the wine! Thank you to all at the Chapel for making my best friends wedding the BEST DAY EVER! x

We were originally booked to marry at a local registry office when I seen an online ad for wedding packages at Chapel 1877 and it's beautiful interiors. Wanting a Halloween wedding and something a little alternative we cancelled our original venue and paid a deposit on viewing the Chapel and trying it's beautiful food. In the lead up to the big day Aggi was always available for queiries and to reassure me. On the day the event was perfect without a hitch. Aggi really does have an eye for interiors and the tables looked beautiful with black and burgundy cloths and napkins and our church candles and skulls. The kitchen was able to serve all our guests without stress and everyone commented on how beautiful the food was. Chefs were able to cater for veggies, vegans and meat eaters alike! In the evening we went down to the vault for our buffet and first dance. It was amazing having everything all under one roof and so close to public transport for guests. This really is an amazing venue, whether it's for an afternoon tea, a bar snack or your wedding. We look forward to celebrating our anniversaries to come at the Chapel 1877 restaurant!
