Sian is amazing. I’m actually not sure what we would’ve done without her on our wedding day! On the day itself Sian made sure everything was in place and looking perfect before the guests arrived, she checked all the suppliers knew where they should be and for the whole day after we arrived she was quietly whirring away in the background making sure everything was running smoothly. I was getting ready away from the venue, and it was so reassuring to know that Sian was checking everything – I trusted her totally so didn’t need to worry. Sian wasn’t just there on the wedding day; in the weeks running up to the wedding she contacted all the suppliers, helped us plan the timings for the day, found me a glitter bar when I decided I wanted one days before the wedding, and so much more. Sian was happy to meet up with us a few times before the wedding, which was so helpful and meant we felt like we knew her by the time the wedding came round. As well as being the best wedding day coordinator, Sian is such a lovely person and is a real pleasure to work with. She’s so patient, she answered my hundreds of questions and really took the stress out of the planning process. I couldn’t recommend Sian more – you’d actually be mad not to use her!

I’ve had the absolute pleasure of working with Sian on a number of occasions. The last time our paths crossed was for a styled shoot I was organising. I became overwhelmed by the amount of hard work it takes to pull a (successful) shoot together. I asked Sian if she’d collaborate with us and help organise a venue and some suppliers I still needed (cake maker/ hairstylist etc) Without Sian the styled wedding shoot would not have been as successful. She’s incredibly hardworking, is extremely well connected and she just know what’s she’s doing! Whilst she was busy making calls and putting together spreadsheet with everyone’s details on, it freed up my time (I’m a florist) to work on the floral concept. She has a great sense of humour and her love for her work shines in everything she does. No one deserves to win an award more than this special lady.

Sian went above and beyond expectations, leading up to, during and even after our big day. Indispensable!

I’ve worked with Sian in two occasions now, firstly she coordinated a wedding I was photographing in August. It was a complete DIY project. She thought of EVERYTHING! She pulls it all together in a professional manner and I just couldn’t imagine it working without her! I’ve also worked with Sian on an “inspirational” shoot, where she helped pull together suppliers and coordinate everyone. This in turn, allow me to capture some of my most favourite images to date!

Where do I start! Sian was undoubtedly the most valuable ‘thing’ we spent part of our wedding budget on. From the moment we met, I felt so comfortable, and could really feel how passionate she was when it comes to weddings, and supporting couples through one of the most hectic times of their lives. We could not have had the wedding we wanted without her help - everything was planned out and handled without me even lifting a finger! Sian was there on the day to make sure everything ran smoothly - and let me tell you, that is what you need! I cannot thank Sian enough for everything that she did for us. She went above and beyond, with such kindness and experience. Best wedding planner EVER!

Sian contacted us at CPW Chauffer Services on behalf of a client to provide a quote for a wedding car and other transportation. From the outset Sian's communications were polite, cheery and very professional which are a reflection of her character and personality when we eventually met. As a wedding car provider Sian kept us updated at every development and provided us with finite detail for the actual day which is exactly what we are looking for. We would highly recommend Sian's services and in fact have done so to other wedding providers we work closely with.

Siân was quite arguably the best bit of money we spent on our wedding day -I'm not sure what we'd have done without her! Having met Siân following a recommendation from a friend in the wedding industry, Caleb and I didn't have to think twice about hiring her as our wedding coordinator. She is so smiley, friendly and approachable which meant it was so easy to have her around - this made it so lovely to have her there on our special day and she really went above and beyond to make it perfect for us. On top of all of this I think she has to be the most organised person we have ever met! Opting for a DIY wedding meant we had so many suppliers and Siân managed to juggle them all and we didn't hear a peep from any of them. From the band, to the caterer to the bar staff she took care of everything, leaving me, my hubby and family with nothing to worry about all day. She just quietly got things done in the background whilst we had the best day of our lives and nothing was too much trouble for her. Not to mention all the hard work she put in before the day: liaising with everyone (she put in so many phone calls and emails to touch base with all our suppliers); creating a schedule of the day; keeping in touch with me and generally ensuring that everything we needed was in place. Siân is such a genuine and lovely person and I know how much time and love she put in to our wedding. She made it as special as she would have her own and for that effort and passion we are beyond grateful. Sian, there are no words to describe how amazing you have been. I saw you doing lots of jobs that I would never have imagined you would do, so thank you from the bottom of my heart for making Keely and Ryan's day run so fantastically well. It was more than we all imagined, thanks to you. I would recommend you to the world!

Sian did a fantastic job on the run up to the wedding organising all of the suppliers which is far more than I expected her to do and her communication with myself was great. The schedule was also fantastic and like a military operation! Sian also helped our day run smoothly, she made sure everything ran to time and we didn't have to worry about a thing and we certainly couldn't have done it without her!
