The hardest thing about this review will be keeping it short. We cannot say enough about Charlotte and Katie. Their enthusiasm was there right from the start, from the very first meeting. They finished our thoughts and sentences and we had an immediate reassurance that we were in capable hands. We are very detailed orientated, we had done most of the planning ourselves before we brought Charlotte and Katie on board and that’s probably our biggest regret, not finding them sooner and bringing them on board earlier. Their experience, attention to detail and organisational skills were self-evident and they asked about details that no one else had thought of except us. Other than us (the bide and groom) they were the only people to have EVERY single detail of the big day (and remember them). We knew we could completely trust them to manage the set up and running of our special day. They understood our whole vision and the part that every supplier played in our day. We can honestly say that we had brilliant suppliers, but there were so many jobs that fell outside of the venue/ florist/ stylist etc that without Black Sheep, those jobs wouldn’t have got done and our day wouldn’t have been as special as it was. The day before the wedding, we realised that there were DIY jobs that we weren’t going to get done, so we asked the girls if they could do them and they agreed without hesitation. We felt guilty at the amount we asked them to do, but they really took it all in their stride, they were completely unfazed. No idea how they did it all in the time. They did not stop working from the day before our wedding, all the way through our wedding, right through to every bag, crate, box and fairly light being packed up. They even kept the staff at the venue on their toes, prompting them to clear plates. No job was ever too big or too small for Charlotte and Katie. They were always there when they were needed and they made it look effortless, but we know it absolutely wasn’t. The wedding industry can be greedy and grasping, but Katie and Charlotte give everything they’ve got and then a bit more. They were determined to make our day as stress free and perfect as possible for us. They went above and beyond what we expected, even our guests have commented on how much they did throughout the day. Katie & Charlotte won’t let you down, the relationship between them is special and they are a formidable team. Nothing we can say in any review will express our gratitude for all they did for us, we are so sad that we don’t get to do the wedding planning over again, except this time with Black Sheep involved from the beginning.

Black sheep helped plan and run my wedding and they were the best ever. They ensured the day ran smoothly and nothing was too much for them. The day really would not have been the same without them both by our side.

If I could give 10 stars then I would! I honestly can’t recommend the wonderful black sheep ladies enough � Their hard work, kindness and positive energy over our wedding weekend itself and support in the lead up to our big day was invaluable! Charlotte and Katie were like magic fairies in the back ground making sure that everything ran smoothly and meaning that we could soak up every minute and relax knowing that everything was in safe hands! The help with setting up meant everything was exactly as we hoped it would be and all beautifully organised the day before and the pack up meant we could have a (much needed) lay in and breakfast with it all ready for us to drive home! Had the pleasure of visiting the Whitstable pop-up stand (twice!) yesterday - amazing cocktails served by two lovely ladies who very clearly care about what they do. Just wish I had an event for Black Sheep to plan!

What an incredible couple of ladies!!! Katie and Charlotte ran a wedding we filmed at this weekend. They conducted the whole day with a smile on their face. Nothing was to much for them. They not only ensured the whole day ran smoothly and that everything was ready but, they also ensured that all of the suppliers were fed, watered and looked after. It was really lovely to meet and work alongside them. Thank you and we can only hope to work with you again in the future!

Thank you both so, so much! Charlotte and Katie are such an enthusiastic, energetic and knowledgeable pair and I can't imagine how our day would have run without them. Any problems get sorted before they even become a problem (and before we even knew about it!) They were a really calming influence in the lead-up, as we knew they were thinking of all of the details and we were so grateful to turn up the morning after and for everything to be sorted and packed away! Our families said getting married can be one of the most stressful experiences we would go through. We believed them until Charlotte and Katie jumped onboard! Two of the most professional, well organised people we have met in this industry; an industry that will take take and take but not with Black Sheep these two couldn’t give us enough time, experience and direction. Our day was absolute perfection! I genuinely believe the skills both Charlotte and Katie bring were undeniably a key factor in our special day. We cannot express our gratitude enough for everything they’ve done. They’re special people, they’re unique, they’re not just an event management company! Mr and Mrs Woodward

Where do I begin?! Charlotte and Katie were amazing from the day we met them! Throughout the planning process they were on hand to answer any questions, gave advice on ideas and provided us with recommendations of suppliers (which we used and loved!). They shared our enthusiasm for the day, complimented each other with the knowledge, skills and expertise they both brought and were two amazing ladies who we felt we could completely trust with the planning and running of our special day. They were brilliant setting up our venue the day before and morning of the wedding (and packing up at the end of the night too!), were busy liaising with suppliers, setting up and dressing areas and were a genuine friend to the bride during stressful moments! During the day, Charlotte and Katie did not stop! They had planned the day perfectly and even with the unpredictable British weather (heavy rain in August!!) the changes they made to the running of the day seemed effortless and unfazed them. They went above and beyond to make sure our day was perfect, so much so that I wouldn’t even know where to begin to list everything! They both really understood the vision we had for the day, were honest with what would and wouldn’t work and gave us ideas we would have never thought of. Charlotte and Katie were both professional and a friend at the same time. We are so grateful and felt very lucky to have them be a part of our special day. Black sheep events..where do we start!? These two are amazing!! At what can be a really stressful time they help take that stress away and help you through every step of the way. We can't thank them enough for helping us create the best day of our lives! Their professionalism, creativity and drive to always go that extra mile really is a credit to them both! My wife and I had black sheep events run our wedding day and we were so happy with everything they did for us!! They ran the day from start to finish, setting up and taking care of every little detail so all we had to do was enjoy the big day! We can’t recommend them enough! Charlotte and katie made our day completely stress free and they are both sooo lovely.. I don’t know what we would of done without them! High recommend Hannah and Chris xx
