I will capture the day as it happens; from the excitement and nerves of getting ready, the elation and happiness of the ceremony itself, the fun and laughter of the wedding breakfast and speeches and the celebration and joy of the reception. I fuse journalistic and contemporary photography. To put a bit more meat on those bones - I photograph the day primarily from behind the scenes. I feel this is the best way to capture the true story of the day. Hopefully for the most part you won't even realise I'm there. I do like to offer a personal photoshoot on location (this is purely voluntary so don't panic.) This usually consists of me, both of you, my camera, lights and the beauty of the location. Depending on the setting, surrounding and weather conditions I generally incorporate my lights to give the photo's a modern "popped" feel.
