Hi, I am Nigel and the photographer at NLC PHOTOGRAPHY.
I would really like to thank you for taking the time to visit today.
I understand that you maybe finding the search for a photographer a very daunting experience and that I may be one of many sites that you have viewed, but I want to help you with this, making your experience as easy and as exciting as I possibly can.As a photographer, I feel privileged to have been in a position where I have worked with so many fantastic individuals, and I sincerely hope that you will be the next. In fact, I don't like to think of my clients as customers but as “friends” people who I can share in their enthusiasm about their events and work with them to achieve images that will be enjoyed for generations to come. To be honest it is the reason I do what I do. One of the concerns that you may have is that you are afraid, uneasy or maybe even embarrassed about having your picture taken. I want to reassure you that I will do my very best to put you at ease and make the experience as painless and as much fun as possible. Describe your typical process with a couple.
We offer a complimentary pre-wedding photo shoot with all full day packages to enable us to get to know each other and there is an opportunity to meet as many times as required before the event preferably in person or at the very least Skype. Our aim is to build a good relationship on trust and commitment. With all full day packages, we also include a complimentary first wedding Anniversary session.
What is the No. 1 photo that you think every couple should take?
The first look as the bride comes down the aisle is always a great image to have, it is so important to ensure your guests are aware of its importance to you and not obstruct our view in any way as we have only one chance to capture such a special moment.
What do you recommend for a rainy day wedding?
During the walk round of the venue it is very important that we look for a plan B should the british weather decide to be at its worst.
Describe how you got into photography.
I have a lifetime interest in photography and my business was started in 2009 part-time but in August 2016 I made the decision to make this my full time business. I had however always ensured a professional service including paying for comprehensive insurance and the commitment to invest in professional equipment and time with my clients as and when required.
