What is your most memorable wedding?
My own of course!
Strangely enough, being a photographer and all, I didn't take more than a few selfies on my wedding day. I chose one of the best wedding photographers, someone who's work I love and I often use as inspiration so I trusted him completely and felt totally relaxed.
Describe your style in 5 adjectives.
Romantic, authentic, natural, emotional & intimate.
What about your business are you most proud of?
One thing you should know about me is that I'm a little OCD. I find it impossible to do things half heartedly, so I invest an enormous amount of time and effort into my work. I love being a photographer and I am proud of it.
What is your No. 1 wedding planning tip for couples?
Just make sure your wedding is a reflection of who you are. Don't get swayed by people's comments, do what you want and don’t forget to have fun!
Describe your typical process with a couple.
Step 1 - Get in touch!
Step 2 - Let’s chat about your wedding so I can put together a custom quote for you.
Step 3 - Lets’ rock your wedding day and create beautiful photos you'll love.
Step 4 (optional) - Bore people to death with your wedding photos for years and years to come.
What do you recommend for a rainy day wedding?
Embrace it! We live in England after all so a rainy wedding is always a possibility, make sure you have some pretty umbrellas prepared just in case and enjoy your day regardless.
Describe how you got into photography.
My grandmother bought me my first camera when I was 7 years old. I still have it in a drawer!
I never thought of being a photographer, it just gradually happened. I bought my first manual camera when I was 20 and it slowly became a bigger part of my life. At some point I realised that's what I wanted to do, and here I am: self-taught, self-employed, free-lance photographer!
