Leigh Parke Photography

Hi, my name is Leigh and I am from a small town in Northern Ireland called Kilkeel. I first picked up a camera at the age of 14 using it as a way to get into concerts as of my love for music. I then went to University in Cardiff, Wales to study photography and went on to start photographing weddings in 2010. I have loved every second of it and have never looked back. I am extremely lucky to have the opportunity to photograph so many fantastic couples at some amazing wedding venues throughout Ireland and the UK. I treat every wedding as if I were photographing my own, ensuring every little detail is captured in a relaxed but professional manner. It’s really all about making sure everyone is having great craic! In 2016 I joined the British Institute of Professional Photography (BIPP), gaining my first qualification, in 2017 I gained my first qualification with the Professional Photographers Association in Northern Ireland (PPANI) and most recently in 2018 I have gained my first qualification with the SWPP. I am continually working on acheiving my next qualifications, attending workshops of my favourite photographers, learning as much as I can.
