The Covered Function Band Full Description

Our aim is to give you and your guests the time of their lives and have everyone talking about it for years to come! We play songs to suit all tastes and ages but can tailor the set list to suit you. We will also learn your first dance if we don't already know it. Having delighted clients at many weddings over the years (as you can see from our reviews), rest assured we have the experience to keep your guests on the dance floor! I understand booking musicians can sometimes be a complicated process so to make this easy for you, I’ve broken down what will be included in our quote: • Band set up and take down time • Travel • 6-piece band including fabulous male and female lead singers, superb guitarists, keyboard player and an unbelievable drummer! Our brilliant sax and trumpet players are also standing by in case you’d like our brass section. • All band equipment (instruments, amplification, microphones etc as well as lighting for stage and for your dance floor, modern PA suitable for up to 800 guests) • We can also supply an acoustic guitarist or piano player for your ceremony/drinks period – please ask for details. • Free DJ style playlists when we are not playing (so background music during dinner and dance music at other times) • Free: 2 song requests of your choosing. Wow what a band! Fabulous musicians and vocals, and music!

I recently had the privilege of seeing ‘The Covered’ at Lisanne and Neils’ wedding on 15th September 2018; wow what a band! Fabulous musicians and vocals, and music to really get everyone, and I mean everyone, up and dancing, perfect for a wedding. Every song on the playlist was a floor filler and we all had a wonderful time. I would highly recommend them for any wedding.

Fantastic! My Fitbit said I had danced for 3 miles!

I have seen ‘The Covered’ at a close friend’s wedding. They were fantastic. I didn’t sit down for about 3 hours . They kept producing hit after hit and were wonderful. My Fitbit said I had danced for 3 miles. Great entertainment, talented fantastic musicians and really got the party going with a swing . Would highly recommend them.

Amazing! Catered for everyone's taste.

Initial telephone chats listening to their requirements, hopes and fears! Reassuring them that they have chosen well and that nothing will be a problem to us. Arrange a meet at the venue if required; discuss timings on the day to ensure we arrive, set up and sound check at optimum and least obtrusive time.

What makes a romantic first dance?

The first dance is personal to bride and groom so they are ALL romantic!
