We originally met them at at wedding fair and after looking at a range of different tipi companies we knew immediately that Serentipi was the company for us. Jamie and Phil were so approachable and helpful and they really did go the extra mile to do everything they could for us. Jamie was so chilled throughout the whole process and calmed me down every time I became a bridezilla. She added so many personal touches and really knew what was inside my head making the day perfect. We loved the tipi's and everyone commented on how beautiful the venue was. My recommendation would be to not to try and get other things yourself to make it cheaper and to do everything with Jamie and Phil. It prevents so much stress and pressure and the cost is totally worth it in the end. We couldn't have wished for a better couple and company to work with to make our day the best it could be. 'Literally from our first enquiry with Serentipi they couldn’t have been more helpful in creating our perfect wedding day! They responded to all our enquiries promptly and gave us time to chat through our ideas with them so that our wedding vision could become a reality. Having met Jamie and Phil at a wedding fair it was clear to see how enthusiastic they were about their work and ensuring they delivered quality products and top service. It was really easy to contact Serentipi and ask for photos of the tipis and ideas for interior decor which really helped us to plan the theme for our wedding day. They couldn’t have been more organised and they kept us informed throughout the process from booking, up until the wedding day. They liaised directly with our wedding venue which really helped reduce some of the wedding prep stress and we were thrilled with the final product. Our guests loved the tipis and the glitter ball was the icing on the cake for keeping the dance floor sparkling all night long!! We used Serentipi for our wedding on the 2nd September 2017 and from the minute I contacted Jamie expressing interest, right through to when she left us on our big day, she did nothing but help, come up with suggestions and give us every bit of advice we needed. The tipis were truly amazing and all the extra touches they offered just totally personalised it for us and the look on our guests faces as they walked in is one we will never forget! ‘Jamie and Phil gave first class service right from the moment we met them. There were other tipi companies we looked at but we couldn’t get away from the family feel of the Serentipi team. Jamie made communication so easy, living away from our venue could have been tricky, but she was so accommodating and met up whenever we were home. Meetings were more like a catch up with a friend, hugs and coffees before dreaming big and planning the day. Not only do they know their stuff about tipis but recommended so many local companies and wedding ideas that fit our theme perfectly. Watching the tipis go up was the most exciting thing and seeing them go was heartbreaking. My favourite part of the experience… Having Jamie and Phil as wedding guests and not suppliers.
