I came into Fross on Saturday, with 6 months until my wedding with very little hope. I’d had a bad experience at another shop and so I was pretty anxious. However, I could not be happier with the service I was given. We were so well looked after and I left feeling beautiful knowing I had my perfect dress. I felt so emotional for the rest of the day because I finally got that moment that every girl dreams of. I found ‘the one’ and I’m so so so in love. I can’t wait to walk down the aisle and be the beautiful bride I’ve always wanted to be. Thank you so much!!

I spent an entire day in and out of different bridal shops around Surrey and Sussex and I can tell you there was absolutely no competition. The service I received from Fross and her team was outstanding!! From the minute I walked through the door I knew this was a special store. I turned up an hour early for my appointment, stayed over 2 hours and kept them past closing time and at no point did I feel rushed. The ladies bent over backwards to help me visualise my special day and in fact I felt a million dollars in all of the gowns I tried on. There is no ‘hard sale’ and when Fross could have tried to push a more expensive similar dress as ‘the one’ she didn’t try once, she was very honest with her opinion. Fross told me that the ‘love their brides‘ as that’s exactly how I felt. Not only did I find my perfect dress, I’ve been given a memorable experience by the team. I was looked after by Millie and she was delightful; very attentive, caring and kind and if you need a boost in body confidence, Millie is your girl! Very professional and she made so much effort to make sure that every dress I tried on, was pinned and pulled to make it as realistic in size as possible to give the full effect of what the dress would look like on me.... Was very impressed with the service. Had the most beautiful dress and everyone loved it. Dress arrived exactly as planned and used the in-house seamstress Helen who was also fantastic. I wanted to change a few things with the dress and was getting quite stressed at one point as couldn't work out the best bra to go with the dress. I was put at ease and it was exactly as I wanted it! Highly recommend.

Fross and the team were amazingly helpful both before and during my bridal appointment. Fross personally helped me get a specific dress sample to the store on loan in time for my appointment so I could try it on. She was reassuring even though we knew the dress was two sizes too small. Milly was bridal consultant and was very sweet. She encouraged me to try other dresses even though I fell in love with the loan dress - just so I could be absolutely sure. She was professional and discreet when faced with my errant underwear!! I did not feel rushed or pushed into a decision at all - it was all very supportive. Milly took me through the after sales process very clearly and it genuinely felt like the whole team were celebrating along with me. The prosecco was lovely too!! Thanks so much for everything - it was worth the 3 hour drive!!

Fross and her girls are FAB! I had a short deadline to meet for my wedding (I’d decided to get married in 3 months time) I emailed fross to see how long it would take to get a dress ordered as I knew I was pushing it for time! She said to come in (and offered me appointments) and if I found anything then I could have it off the rail (this meant I also got a discount which is always great) the first dress I tried on was the one I walked away with and I’m so great full that fross talked my mum and sister round as they wanted me to try on more dresses elsewhere! A truly amazing service! �

After going to a few bridal boutiques and failing to find a dress I even liked, I found FROSS online and called them up to book an app. I was able to go in that same day. I tried on four different dresses and I loved all of them! Luckily, one of them in particular I loved a little more and said yes to the dress. I was over the moon. Everybody there was so lovely and very welcoming. Usually, bridal shops can come across a little intimidating but FROSS and her team treated me like their friend and genuinely wanted to help me. Helen (their seamstress) was brilliant at her job and managed to fit my dress perfectly. I highly recommend FROSS wedding collections. I ended up walking out of there with my dress, shoes and head piece! Thank you so much! 10 out of 10 for FROSS! ☺️😘

Thank you to all at Fross, especially Millie and Helen, for helping me pick and perfect the dress of my dreams. I loved everything about my dress and couldn't have been happier with my choice or the service and kindness shown at Fross Wedding Collections. Our wedding day was the best day of our lives and my beautiful dress topped it off. My Stella York gown shone in the glorious sunshine and its flawless design and fit allowed me to be comfortable despite the heat of the day. Thank you all so much...I'm sad I'll only ever get to wear it once! xxx
