I bought my wedding dress from here last Christmas and would thoroughly recommend it. The whole experience from start to finish was lovely, Donna made me feel so comfortable and at ease and was so knowledgeable. I didn't feel rushed and everything was really personal and tailored to me, my body shape and my preferences. I ended up buying the first dress I tried on but I still got to try lots of other lovely dresses too. We went shopping afterwards and tried some dresses that were cheaper but the experience was nowhere near what Donna offered us and I would rather pay a bit more and get such a nicer quality dress than just choose one because it's a bit cheaper. We have just got married and I felt every inch the princess in my dress and everybody commented on how beautiful and unique it was. Thank you so much for all your help!

I came in to the store in August convinced I was going to buy a dress from another store but had already booked the appointment so went anyway. We were made to feel really comfortable and I ended up falling in love with a dress here instead. Becky was even able to help with the price as it was slightly over my budget. When I got it home I realised there were some tiny holes in the lace so they repaired it for me no problem and at no charge. They were more than helpful the entire time and would 100% recommend them to anyone.

Staff at Essex bridal were fantastic. I had tried a dress on that I loved that was slightly to small so they were able to combine a dress, belt and lace bolero to achieve a similar affect. I would have never have thought of this. I purchased this dress and later returned to try dress on once altered and purchased my veil too. Price of all items was so reasonable which I was really happy about as although it is really important to get the right dress I did not want to break the bank in doing so

Arrived for my appointment earlier today not knowing what to expect and certainly didn't think I would be going home with the perfect dress as this was the first bridal shop I have been to. So happy to say that I have said yes to the dress. There was no pressure and made to feel welcome from the start. Thank you so much for today. Highly recommend you to anyone.
