GFS Catering

GFS made me feel very special as a bride and made sure my every need was met - even had suggested some I hadn't thought off! Their experience ensured my wedding ran seamlessly and that I felt like an absolute princess the whole time. The staff were smart, approachable and helpful. The food was amazing and was thoroughly enjoyed by all my guests. Steve, Alex and Rachel make an amazing team and their attention to detail.

GFS were amazing from the start. They answered all our questions perfectly and were on hand when ever we needed them. The day itself was as they had promised. Perfection. The food was amazing and the service matched. All the staff were extremely professional on the day. It was a pleasure to have GFS as our wedding caterer.

The whole team were fantastic at meeting our expectations.Their pricing was transparent which enabled us to prioritise.The tasting was fantastic. They were willing to make menu adjustments there and then. We are still receiving complements on the food.The canapés looked delicious and were presented to match our festival theme.The deserts were delicious a definite highlight.The team helped with the styling and layout of the event too.We will continue to reccommend GFS to friends.

I can't fault these guys. The entire team was amazing. Super friendly and professional. I had been apprehensive about the process as I had a few bespoke ideas in mind and I didn't want things to be too formal, which makes things stressful for me. Everything that I had in mind was taken on with a smile and they even made us a special haggis starter as the Groom was Scottish. So many people said it was the best food they had ever had at an event, and some of these are known to be picky eaters!

Gfs were brilliant from start to finish in all aspects. The whole team from the start were helpful and worked with us to make our day perfect. We had an amazing testing session with them and worked closely finialising the menu. I worked along side them setting up for the wedding and they were all more than helpful and genuine people. On the day they were so professional and the food was amazing and commented on by all the guests. They really did complete our day!!!

GFS were brilliant at listening to what we wanted and delivering a fantastic wedding breakfast. The meat was sourced from the fields surrounding the reception and the staff made the whole day relaxing and perfect. Some of the best wedding photos are of the food!!! And people are still commenting on how amazing the food was.

Absolutely Amazing. From initial meeting through to the Big Day, GFS were always available for advice, not just on food but having catered for many weddings they were amazing in offering advice on all aspects of our special day. The day was a huge success and the waiting staff were impeccably polite and most helpful. Literally everybody commented on the amazing food, with a lot telling us that it was by far the best wedding food they had ever had.

What truly impressed me with GFS was how flawlessly they catered the event - as you are so caught up in the wedding itself, it was such a great feeling to instantly be able to tell how 'on it' they were with everything. I did not have to worry for a single second during the day. The canapés were particularly amazing – and unusually – not a single relative complained!!!

The entire team at GFS were completely on the ball from the moment we got in touch with them. The 6 of us that attended the tasting were talking about it for months following and it was commented that the food for 50 on our wedding day was absoloutely the same as at the tasting. Everyone was happy with their meal and the team did a wonderful job keeping on top of the schedule. I could not begin to reccommend them highly enough.
