South West Bridal Hair and Make-up

We had the most amazing wedding day, and Aldona did a fantastic job with my makeup. She made me look and feel so confident on the day - usually I don’t like to be photographed, so even just to take away that anxiety was a huge gift, and I am extremely grateful. I don't usually wear makeup, so I knew I'd look different, but I wasn't prepared for how different I would feel. The makeup was still natural, but I felt like for just one day I looked as flawless as a Disney princess, and that feeling of happiness and confidence really is priceless. The entire booking process from start to finish was simple, fast and extremely professional, and I would absolutely recommend Bristol Bridal Hair and Makeup to anyone looking for makeup services.

I hate having my hair done but Laura was welcoming and genuine through everything. I’m a nervous person and I’m terrible at making a decision that I don’t second guess afterwards. Laura talked about my ideas, was really supportive of them and, naturally, improved on everything to make my hair perfectly me but also beautiful on my wedding day. The biggest thank you to her!

Leanne did hair and makeup for my daughter, helping her to look absolutely stunning. She also did hair and makeup for the bridesmaids who looked gorgeous, and makeup for a 12 year old bridesmaid, who looked pretty and not too old. Not to forget me, Mother of the Bride, Leanne did my makeup, and made me look years younger. Leanne added to a wonderful experience for us all.

I booked Leanne through this site for my wedding in June and could not have been happier! She did a trial at my home and was really up for working with me as I had not had my make up done before! On the day she arrived in plenty of time to do mine and my bridesmaids make up. She was so calming and fun to have there on my wedding morning! Booking and payment through the site was really easy too.

My wife Zoe and I both got our hair and make up done with South West Bridal hair & Make Up and we couldn't be happier with them! Speaking from my own experience, Nicola and Emily were absolutely fantastic. They made the bridal party feel so relaxed and were warm and friendly, making us laugh the whole time. It is clear that both ladies are passionate about what they do, and the results were amazing. My mum was not very confident in the lead up to the wedding and it brought her (and me!) to tears once Emily and Nicola had finished with her hair and make up. Not only did it look stunning at the beginning of the day, but both hair and make up (despite crazy wind and rain!) stayed perfectly in place until 1am - amazing! I couldn't recommend them highly enough - if you're in any doubt then take my advice and book! Thank you so much ladies :)

I couldn't recommend Emily and Nicole at Bristol Bridal Hair and Make up. Emily was so helpful and supportive. When I went for my trial with my mum Emily and Nicole put me and ease and were so patient, kind and funny they gave me such confidence it was such a relief they listen and interpreted what I wanted perfectly. On the day they arrived and set up so nicely and nothing was a problem they made everyone feel special and not rushed even though there were a lot of us!! Emily and the team massively helped me out for my wedding. Not only did my hairdresser let me down a few months before the big day, but my make up artist cancelled on me 2 days before!! Both times I was let down Emily was straight on the case looking for stylists to step in, and both times I had a Bristol Bridal stylist booked within a few hours. The make up by Lorna was absolutely fab and the hair by Nicola elegant and beautiful. I'll send some pictures once the official ones come back. I was so impressed with the fantastic job that Leanne did with my hair and make-up for my wedding. She was so patient during the trial, and really worked to make sure I was 100% happy with my look - I'm not used to wearing much make-up but she listened to everything I asked and I was so happy with the end result. She was a lovely calm presence to have on the morning of the wedding and put everyone at ease straight away. I was initially quite nervous because I didn't want to look too 'done up' but what she did was absolutely perfect - I couldn't have asked for anything more. Thank you so much!
