Kay - you are a star! Kay did the make up for myself and my bridal party for my wedding in November. I knew I could trust Kay as she had done my make up before for a couple of fitness shoots - and I couldn’t wait for her to work her magic for my big day! After having a make up trial at Kay’s home I felt totally satisfied about what to expect and was so happy with how thorough she was and most importantly going with what I felt comfortable with. On the day she was fantastic! She arrived early doors and put us all at ease! I met Kay a few years ago and was always very impressed with how immaculate her own make up was - so it was no surprise to find she was a make up artist !! When I started my Bridal business last year it was important for me to know other high quality suppliers in my local area so I could confidently recommend them to my Brides - I have had no hesitation in recommending Kay. She has such a lovely way with people and her artistry is amazing - she can create so many different looks but above all, she listens to what people want. I had the pleasure of working with her on a styled shoot which I put together - she creatively interpreted the brief with stunning results ! Kay would always be my first choice when choosing a Make Up Artist and I hope to work with her again in the near future !

Kay did the make up for myself and my bridesmaids, including my 8 year old daughter on 17th December. In the lead up to the wedding we did three trials as I kept changing my mind about the look I wanted! Kay was patient and professional. She took the time to get to know me and my party, to understand what we all wanted and were comfortable with and took detailed notes and photos to ensure she kept up to date with all the changes! She was an absolute pleasure to have around as part of my special getting ready process on the wedding morning. She is friendly, good fun and puts everyone at ease and she is great with children and made my daughter feel really special with a little glitz of glitter. She got the look I wanted spot on and several people commented on how good the make up looked throughout the day. It lasted well and looked fantastic on all the photos and DVD. From the second I met with Kay in her studio she made me feel instantly at ease and is a very friendly person who is easy to talk to about your requirements. Kay really listens to your ideas and provides options if, like me, you aren't used to putting a lot of make up on. Kay made me feel confident that when it came to my big day everything would go to plan, which it did, despite the overwhelming heat of summer! I would definitely recommend Kay if you are looking for someone trustworthy, friendly and who would do anything to accommodate your needs for your wedding day.

Amazing lady to help make an amazing day! Kay was so fantastic from the very first meeting to the day itself! The first meeting was so relaxing and she made me feel at ease and I knew that she was going to be perfect. Not only did she take so much time getting my look correct - with so many different aspects of the makeup and trying different colours - but she took time to get to know me and what I envisioned for the special day! We also had a member of the wedding party who has very sensitive skin and Kay took so much care making sure that there was no way that her makeup would cause any flair ups. With the bridal party ranging from ladies who wore makeup everyday to ladies who have never worn makeup in their lives, Kay made sure that we all looked absolutely stunning and we're all comfortable with our looks. To top it all off we had a super early start to the day and Kay was with us the whole time getting ready throughout the morning! Kay was fantastic and I would definitely recommend her to anyone who is looking for a makeup artist who is friendly, chatty, amazing at her job, a perfectionist and who makes certain your morning runs super smoothly. Kay did my make-up for my wedding yesterday and have been SO pleased with the result. Kay arrived early and just fitted in with us making everyone feel at ease, even the children. Not only is her make up talents out of this world! But she also doubles up as an amazing “getting into your dress helper” and nerve calmer. I truly couldn’t recommend her enough!!!

I cannot recommend Kay enough - she is a phenomenal lady that made my wedding day and the preparation so much better. I left it a little bit late to book in make-up, but she immediately allayed my concerns by promptly finding the time to give me a make-up trial the week before the wedding. I don't like to wear too much make-up and in the trial Kay talked me through some options as I described what I wanted for the day. She showed me pictures of possible looks I may go for based on our conversation at the trial and then proceeded to make me up! She was completely accommodating when I suggested small changes in what I wanted and ensured she had all the details and photos of me at the trial to ensure she could create the same look again on the day. She was extremely professional in her preparations, taking care to ensure I had no allergies and used the best equipment (e.g. airbrush foundation) at no extra cost to ensure the look was perfect and lasting. Not only was she professional, but she was so friendly and seemed genuinely interested in my day and making sure it went smoothly. She arrived on time on the day and made the morning enjoyable with her presence, getting on with all my friends and family who were there during the special preparation moments. She was the last to leave as I got the car to the church, making sure I didn't need any last minute touch-ups. She provided a free lipstick of my choosing for the day as well as a lovely gift of make-up remover wipes for the evening.
