We had the best day of our lives, Matfen is the most amazing location for a wedding venue and from start to finish our day was incredible. We cannot thank the staff enough for everything they did - our friends & family were truly blown away and every single guest commented on how brilliant the staff were. Thank you for helping us have the best day ever, we will never ever forget it. ♥️

These guys are the perfect balance. We wanted a posh wedding without any pretentiousness. The staff fully delivered. All of them were by your side being friendly from start to finish.

From the very first e mail I just knew Matfen was the venue for us. It’s beauty speaks for its self and the wedding coordinators Lisa and Victoria are truly amazing at what they do, helping to plan every last detail. Our day was amazing from start to finish and if I could do it all over again tomorrow I wouldn’t change a thing. Xxxx

As soon as I walked into the great hall for the first time I knew I would be married there. Matfen is an unbelievable venue with so much character and the staff ensure your wedding goes without a hitch. Walking down the staircase and then down the aisle is a moment I’ll treasure forever. I love revisiting Matfen as it will always be our special place and hold a place in my heart forever.

We could not promote Matfen Hall any more than we already have! The venue it’s self is the most amazing place. Being recently renovated I believe it has added a higher level of class to the venue also. As for the staff, they could not have been any more attentive and personal with us during our entire day!

My husband and I got married at Matfen Hall in December 2017. We really cannot express how fantastic the whole experience was. From the organisation before hand, to the care and attention of the wedding co-coordinators and then the execution on the day, Matfen Hall really exceeded all our expectations. The food, service and staff on the day were brilliant and I cannot recommend Matfen Hall enough.

The venue is just unbelievable, the staff are so hard working and make the day as special as you’d always hoped. Victoria was literally a life saver and looked after us so well, always on hand to offer advice or help with anything. A big shout out to Peter as well who was such a brilliant person to have help you through the day! Would highly recommend this venue!

I just wanted to say what an amazing day myself and Mitchell had, and a lot of that is down to you and the team. I really believe that it’s all in the planning and if you hadn’t checked, you had double and triple checked it for us. And the results showed, our day had exactly the flow we were told it would and it was everything we wished for and more, we are so grateful to you all! Jade and Peter were so welcoming, polite and professional. I have had compliments from the guests about the way the day was conducted by them and I have to say I whole heartedly agree. They couldn’t have been more accommodating for us and our guests. If you could please thank all staff that were involved in the day, we would really appreciate it! Hi Victoria I can only echo marks comments in that we had the most wonderful day, it all went so smoothly and both yourself and Jade were fantastic in the run up and on the day! We made some amazing memories at Matfen and can't wait to come back for our anniversary :-) Best wishes Michelle
